ObjectLand Explorer demo application (for ObjectLand 2.6)
ObjectLand Explorer is an application that demonstrates using ObjectLand COM interfaces. Distribution kit contains executable file and full source code. This application is a clone of ObjectLand GUI (without data editing). There are two variants of application — written in VisualBasic 6 and VisualBasic .NET. The source code can be used as skeleton for own applications or for learning how to use ObjectLand COM interfaces.
Prerequisite: Installed ObjectLand 2.6.3 with “ObjectLand COM interfaces” component.
Note: “ObjectLand COM interfaces” component is not installed during typical ObjectLand installation. Check it at custom installation or perform complete installation. For existing ObjectLand installation, add this component in maintenance wizard (“Control Panel” + “Add or Remove Program” + “Change/Remove for ObjectLand 2.6” + “Modify”).
At present, ObjectLand Explorer does not support external databases. Coming in next releases.
