CreateGDBCopier(srcGeoDatabase, destGeoDatabase)
Returns the GDBCopier object, which is a tool for copying/moving/merging GDB, maps, themes, layers, feature types and their structures. The srcGeoDatabase and destGeoDatabase arguments specify the source GDB and the destination GDB. Both GDB must be opened in exclusive mode.
