GeoDatabases

The collection GeoDatabases contains GeoDatabase objects (opened GDB). The GeoDatabases collection is the default one. Access to collection items is possible both by name and by internal number. The name of opened GDB is based on the GDB file name. The numerical suffix can be added to GDB name to provide uniqueness of name. An internal number of opened GDB is generated at GDB creating or opening. Continuity of GDB internal numbers is not guaranteed. Persistence of GDB internal number is guaranteed while GDB is opened.
