OutOfTable
Returns whether the range goes beyond the table. It may happen if certain rows or columns have been deleted from the table after creating the range. The property supports read access only.
If the range goes beyond the table, the exception with the error code GDB_E_RANGE_OUT_OF_TABLE is triggered when accessing attributes of cells.
