MapSymbols

The MapSymbols collection contains MapSymbol objects representing map symbols used to display point features. Access to collection items is possible both by name and by internal number. An internal number is generated when a map symbol is added to the library. Continuity of map symbol numbers is not guaranteed. Persistence of map symbol internal number in the library is guaranteed until performing GDB reorganization by the GDBEngine::CompactGDB method with the mode == gdbCompactNoKeepISN.
