Dialog box “Intersection of feature”

Purpose and description

The dialog box contains information about the possibility of performing the operation of intersecting a feature with another feature or with a polygon and if it is impossible to perform intersection, the dialog box contains brief description of the reason for it.

The checkbox Remove intersected features indicates if it is necessary to remove source feature (or two features if intersecting with a feature was performed) after performing intersecting or these features should be retained together with the feature obtained as a result of intersecting.

The checkbox Keep links with records determines if new feature should inherit all links with table records which the source feature had. If the box is cleared, the new feature will not have links with records.
