Dialog box "Adding feature type"

The dialog box permits creating a new feature type in selected map layer.

Type name	Arbitrary string.
Spatial category	The radio button permitting the user to select one of the five admissible spatial categories for created feature type.

OK	Completes creation of map feature type and closes the dialog box.
Cancel	Cancels creation of the feature type and closes the dialog box.
