Dialog box "Themes based on map"

The dialog box permits selecting one or several themes built on the basis of selected map.

The only pane of the dialog box contains a list of themes and allows selecting one of them.

Open	Opens map browser windows of selected themes and closes the dialog box.
Cancel	Resets selection and closes the dialog box.
