Mode Moving fragment

Purpose and description

This mode allows moving displayed fragment to some segment manually.

The cursor takes the form of a hand: The user can “grasp” the image pushing the left mouse button, “drag” it while holding the button down to a new position and release it releasing the button. Displayed fragment will be redrawn with the corresponding shift.
