These modes permit rotating the theme display.
The cursor takes the form of an arc:

After a click in arbitrary point of the pane the system moves the point in which the cursor is located to the center of the pane and performs rotation of displayed fragment to some angle in the corresponding direction. The default value of rotation angle is 15°. This value can be changed using the property sheet “Properties of theme”, page “Parameters”.
