This property sheet serves for viewing general data on EDB, modes of connection with external data source and request modes as well as the mode of committing transactions. Some properties can be changed in this property sheet, however, the changes will come into force only after next opening of EDB.
In the properties of opened EDB (unlike the properties of closed EDB) together with parameter values specified by the user in the process of EDB addition, their actual values, that is, the values set taking into account the possibilities of the data source, are displayed.
The data in this property sheet is organized as a set of pages. To display the necessary page it is required to select the corresponding tab.
