This window serves for setting and executing of the operation of adding an external database as well as for changing modes of connection with the EDB added before. Work with the wizard is organized as a set of successive steps to each of which a separate wizard page corresponds. Switching between steps is performed using buttons Next> and <Back.
To complete addition of EDB the button Add is used. If the user pushes the button Add without reaching the last wizard step, all settings on the pages which were not visited take default values. If after pushing the button Add there is not enough data required for establishing the connection, auxiliary dialog boxes initiated by ODBC driver may appear.
Calling of the wizard for changing the existing EDB is possible only when this EDB is closed.
Serves for selecting ODBC data source and also for specifying name and password of EDB user. | |

Serves for setting the modes for sending SQL request and building of the resultant set of records. |
