Permits creating a new initially empty GDB and assigning a name to it.
The system opens a dialog box “Create GDB”. After specifying the name and folder for GDB being created and pushing the button OK, the system creates nine files on a disk with names formed from GDB name according to standard rules. Components of created GDB (tables, maps and so on) should be created after that using other operations.
