Command Rename for GDB

Allows specifying a new name for GDB.

The system opens a dialog box “Select GDB for renaming”. After choosing GDB subject to renaming in this dialog box and pushing the button OK the system opens another dialog box for entering a new name of GDB.

It is impossible to rename the current GDB.
