Serves for merging the contents of two maps.
The operation permits merging contents (features, links between features and table records) of two maps with compatible structure. Maps can be located in one or different GDBs.
After selecting the command a nested menu of two items will be opened: Whole and Graphics. In the first case map features and their links with table records are subject to merging, in the second – only the features themselves, without links.
After destination GDB is chosen, the procedure of merging maps is started. This procedure consists of several steps and it is controlled by map merging wizard.
In mode of shared access to GDB this operation is disabled.
