Permits choosing the type of admissible data and format of displaying values for selected cells.
A nested menu containing a list of types of data including a mixed type is opened.
When choosing any of these menu items one more menu containing all available formatting strings will be opened for values of the present type, standard strings defined in ObjectLand as well as the ones added by the user.
For any type of data the first string in the list of formatting strings will be @. It denotes default format, that is, standard representation of data of this type. For cells of mixed type default format is the only format if the user didn't add additional formatting strings.
