Dialog box "Adding layout"

Serves for adding a new layout to GDB. Created layout will represent a clean page. Adding elements to the layout is performed when editing a layout.

The system requests a name of the layout being created in the input field.

OK	Confirms creating of the layout.
Cancel	Cancels the operation of adding a layout and closes the dialog box.
