Type

Contains a list of all available types of charts. The types Area, Horizontal bar, Bar, Line and Pie are always available, the type Scatter – only if two numeric fields are selected.

Subtype

Contains a list of three subtypes of charts: Simple, Stacked, Percentage.

For chart types Pie and Scatter specifying a subtype is not provided.
