Permits adding a new element to the layout – a circle.
The cursor takes the form of a cross: 
. The user can specify the place in the editing pane where the circle should be placed and its size. For this purpose one should press the left mouse button in one of the corners of the square inside which the circle will be located and specify the size of the circle moving the cursor.
Created circle becomes active element of the layout. The user can change the element style using the command Element+Properties.
