Allows adding a new element to the layout – a chart.
The cursor takes the form of a cross: 
. The user can indicate a place in the editing pane where the chart should be located and sizes of its display. For this purpose it is required to press the left mouse button in one of the corners of the rectangle inside which the chart will be placed and release the button in the opposite corner of this rectangle.
After building the rectangle the system opens a property sheet “Adding chart” which permits determining various parameters characterizing contents and design of the chart. If the user refuses to specify chart properties (for example, pushes the button Cancel) adding a chart is canceled.
Created chart becomes active layout element.
