Allows adding a new element to the layout – a legend for the active theme located on the layout before. The operation of adding a legend is enabled only in the case if the theme is the only selected element of the layout.
The cursor takes the form of a cross: 
. The user can indicate the place in the editing pane where the legend should be located and its displaying sizes. To do this one should press the left mouse button in one corner of the rectangle inside which the legend will be located and release it in the opposite one.
After building a rectangle a dialog box “Adding legend” is opened. It allows specifying various parameters characterizing legend appearance.
If the user refuses to specify legend properties (for example, pushes the button Cancel), adding of the legend is canceled.
Created legend becomes active element of the layout.
