This mode can be used in the cases when there is not enough space for the whole page of the layout in the editing pane. The mode of moving allows the user to move the displayed fragment of the page to some segment manually.
The cursor takes the form of a hand: 
The user can “grasp” the display pushing the left mouse button, “drag” it to a new position holding down the mouse button and “release” it releasing the button. The layout page will be redrawn in the pane with the corresponding shift.
Besides the method described above the user can also move the layout page in the editing pane in the usual way using scroll bars.
