Permits adding a new element to the layout – a polyline.
The cursor takes the form of a cross: 
. The user can draw a polyline in the editing pane clicking the left mouse button in every vertex of this polyline. Building the polyline is completed after a double click in the last vertex.
The added polyline becomes active element of the layout. The user can specify line style using the command Element+Properties.
