Permits adding a new element to the layout – raster image.
The cursor takes the form of a cross: 
. The user can indicate the place in the editing pane in which raster image should be located To do this one should press the left mouse button in one corner of the rectangle inside which the raster will be located and release the button in the opposite corner.
After building a rectangle a dialog box “Adding raster” is opened. It permits loading raster graphics from file of BMP format, specifying parameters of frame bounding the image and for monochrome rasters choosing colors for the foreground, specifying inversion and transparency indication. If the user refuses to specify properties (for example, pushes the button Cancel), adding of raster is canceled.
Created raster becomes active element of the layout.
