The command serves for turning on and turning off the mode of fast scrolling of records. If the mode of fast scrolling is not set, when the data is scrolled in the window the system tries to synchronically move information in the table pane in the course of moving the slider. If the mode of fast scrolling is set, the data in the table pane will be updated only after the slider is moved.
