The page “Sorting” permits viewing and changing sorting condition and disabling or enabling display of identical (duplicated) records in the query.
Sorting conditions | The list Query fields contains names of all query fields. Fields participating in the sorting conditions are marked by the arrow sign, the arrow directed upwards means ascending sorting order, downward – descending order. The order of fields in the list determines field priority in sorting conditions. The higher the position of the field name in the list, the higher its priority is. Sorting is performed at first by the field with the highest priority, and then the records having equal values of higher priority field are sorted by fields with lower priorities. The group of radio buttons Order serves for indicating the order of sorting for the field selected in the list. The radio button Undefined denotes that the field does not take part in the sorting condition. Buttons Up and Down allow for changing position of the field selected in the list, that is, changing its priority in sorting condition. |
Duplication of records | The checkbox Enabled allows enabling or disabling display of identical (duplicated) records in table browser window. |
