Reference table

The drop-down list contains a list of GDB tables and serves for choosing a reference table. The table should have at least two fields so that it could be used as a reference table. One of these fields – key field – should have the attribute “Unique”. The second field – value field – should contain the value used as a substitution in the course of displaying instead of key field. There are no limitations on types of fields in the reference table.

In case of EDB query the list of tables offered as a reference table contains only the tables of the same EDB.

Fields of reference table

The field Key serves for choosing key field of the reference table. Only the fields of the reference table which have the attribute “Unique” and which type coincides with the type of the table field to which the reference is set are represented in the list.

The field Value serves for choosing value field of the reference table.

Remove

Resets the reference table if it was set before.

OK

Confirms selecting parameters and sets a reference table.

Cancel

Cancels actions performed in the dialog box and closes it.
