The window serves for adding, viewing and editing records of a table or a query.
It is possible to select fields in the pane. Selected fields can be hidden, rearranged and so on. All the operations except for rearranging fields can be performed using the context menu or items of the menu Fields.
Changing the order of fields is performed by dragging selected field (or fields) while holding down the left mouse button. In the course of dragging the cursor has the form 
or 
depending on whether locating table field is allowed in this place or not.
Multiple selection of fields is possible. To reset selection it is enough to click in the editing pane.
The editing pane is intended for viewing and editing values of record fields.
The status bar shows the current information about displayed record and the query containing this record.

Allows going to next or previous record. Next and previous records are determined by the set displaying order in table browser window. | |
Permits going to the record having specified the number indicated in the pane of record numbers of table browser window. |

Permits cleaning values of all record fields. | |
Permits canceling all changes of field values. | |
If rearrangement of fields was performed in the window of adding and editing records the command permits restoring the order of fields in accordance with their order in the query. |
Allows performing setting of control elements. |
Serves for turning on/turning off display of window toolbars and also permits performing setting of window control elements. | |
Serves for turning on/turning off display of the window status bar. | |
Causes update of window contents. |
Permits opening a new window of adding and editing records. |
