A cataloged theme is a variant of map display stored in the theme list of the present GDB. Creating a cataloged theme may be performed in the course of browsing a GDB component (as saving the current display variant with its displaying fragment, structure of displayed components, their styles, etc.) or without preliminary browsing by adding a new theme to the tree of GDB components and setting characteristics of the added theme.
