For displaying maps and their components one of the most important type of ObjectLand windows – theme browser window is used. The user has a possibility to select any rectangular map area for viewing, determine the displayed set of layers and feature types, specify map display dependency from the used scale. Accessory tools, such as a ruler, frame and legend help to get the maximum of useful information during map browsing.
Themes as GDB components serve to save display settings for their possible reuse.
