The checkbox Fix rotation angle located in the lower part of the window “Editor control” allows the user to specify the step to which the value of rotation angle can be changed when the operation of rotating features or their vertices is performed. If this box is checked, the system will permit performing rotation only to such an angle which value is divisible by the value (in degrees) specified in the field Step to the right of the checkbox.
The checkbox Fix slope angle located above the checkbox Fix rotation angle affects only rotation of text features. Unlike other spatial types, the notion of slope angle, that is, the angle which is formed between text direction and the horizontal coordinate axis is defined for text features. If the box Fix slope angle is checked, as a result of the operation of rotating a text feature its slope angle will take the value divisible by the value specified (in degrees) in the field Step to the right of this checkbox.
