No Intersection And No Inclusion of Argument Features property

This property is negation of the previous one. It means that the argument feature either completely covers the tested one or lies neither fully nor partially in an inner region of the tested feature.

As in the previous case, tested feature should belong to area, image or text spatial category, and argument features can be of any spatial category.
