No Inclusion of Argument Features property

This property which is logical negation of the previous one meant that the argument feature is not located fully within an inner region of the tested feature.

The tested feature should belong to one of spatial categories which have inner regions, i.e. it can be area, image or text feature. Argument features can be of any spatial category.
