Charts are different forms of graphic display of table data. A chart as a layout element is always based on some cataloged query from the current GDB or from one of EDBs. A layout element – a chart, retains its link with the query, that is, any further changes of the query or its base tables affecting the chart display will cause redrawing of a chart taking into account these changes. Such changes as, for example, adding or changing records, changing search condition of a query and so on can be named here.
