A chart is a rather complicated layout element. Variety of chart types and the possibility to choose different presentation variants make it necessary to use a property sheet for specifying chart properties.
To open a property sheet “Properties of chart” one should select the present chart in the layout and push the button 
or perform the menu command Edit+Properties.
