The menu command Table+Save (or the button
of the standard toolbar) performs saving of changes made in the window “Table contents”. If the user closes this window without performing saving, the system displays the appropriate warning.
It should be taken in mind, however, that the table being edited is not an individual GDB component, but just an element of the layout being edited. If the changes made in the layout are not saved when closing layout editor window, results of changing properties and contents of tables will be lost as well.
The menu command Table+Restore serves for canceling all changes made after the operation of saving was performed last time.
