If a table is selected in the navigation window, a nested menu of four items is opened at the menu command Tools+Dependencies:
Maps – a dialog box with a list of maps containing one or more feature types linked with selected table is opened (see chapter 32 “Links between maps and tables”);
Themes – a dialog box with a list of cataloged themes containing one or more feature types linked with selected table is opened (see chapter 32 “Links between maps and tables”;
Queries – a dialog box with a list of cataloged queries using the selected table as one of base join tables is opened (see chapter 28 “Joining tables”);
As Reference – a dialog box with a list of cataloged queries using selected table as a reference is opened (see chapter 27 “Reference tables”).
After pushing the button Open a browser window of a map, theme or query selected in the list will be opened.
Check of table dependencies is especially important when making a decision about table removing since when it is removed all the queries using this table will be also removed and the data about links between map features and records of this table will be lost.
