To print a table or a cataloged query it is necessary to select the corresponding component in the list pane of the navigation window and push the button 
in the toolbar or select the menu item GDB+Print. To print a non-cataloged query the toolbar button or the menu item Query+Print in the table browser window should be used.
When one of the described actions is performed, a dialog box “Print table” will be opened (figure 31-1). It serves for specifying parameters for the printed report and performing printing.

The present dialog box is a modification of the standard Windows dialog box of printing.
The panes of the dialog box Printer and Copies are usually present in any dialog box of printing and serve for selecting the printer and its setting and specifying the number of copies and the method of collation of printed copies accordingly.
Command buttons OK and Cancel serve for completing the setting and beginning printing of a query or canceling printing accordingly.
